DIRECT CREMATION -  most simplistic option available

What's Included:

• Transfer of deceased from place of passing to our care center 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  
• Meeting with you to coordinate all cremation documents and paperwork required in your home or our office.
  
• Collecting the information needed to complete and obtain Death Certificates.
  
• Notify Social Security Electronically when filing the death certificate.
  
• Notify Insurance Companies if you have any that are required for payment.
  
• Notify Department of Veterans Affairs for our military veterans.
  
• Transporting your loved one to our crematory.
• Transporting your loved ones cremated remains and death certificates to you.
  
• Submission of a FREE Obituary to our funeral home website with or without a photo

Other Fees or Charges that may apply to our  Cremation FEE is as follows or listed below

• Reading Eagle Paid Obituary payment upon submission with a credit card to the newspaper
  
• County Coroner Cremation Permit $50.00
  
• Death Certificates are $20.00 each from commonwealth of Pennsylvania usually 3-7 business days once signed by the doctor.
  
• Crematory Fee of $350.00

• Final Farwell: additional fee of $1,200.00 added to the Direct Cremation Charge above would include:  Dressing and Placement of your loved one into a Beechwood Cremation Casket and allowing Maximun of 25 people to privately ID for up to 30 mins. during normal hours M-F 9 am to 5 pm.

• Cremation followed by a Simple Graveside Service
  
• Cremation with a Memorial or Celebration of Life service (with Burial or without Burial to follow)
  
• Viewing and Funeral Service or Mass followed by Cremation (with Burial or without Burial to follow)
