Dorothy M (Yeakley) Freeman

Dorothy Mae Freeman 81 of Bethel went home to be with her Lord on Thursday .Born in  Reading  Pa, March 27th ,1937. She was the daughter of the late Ray and Irene Burrell Yeakley and the Widow of the late Harry E Freeman .She attended the Wesleyan Church in Pine Grove .She had a beautiful singing voice and loved to participate in the church choir .She also was an  Entertainer for act 1 Productions and participated in church performances .She was a talented seamstress and worked in several sewing factories throughout her life time .She loved being out in her yard mowing grass, tending to her flower and vegetable gardens ,and sitting on the porch with her beloved dog Lacy.She was preceded in death by her sisters Madeline , Joan, and brother Ray Jr and Grandson Jaime. Surviving are three daughters Brenda McAbee of Pine Grove, Valerie Amiot and husband Alvin  of Pine Grove ,Renee McAbee and fiance Joel of Shartlesville .One step daughter Patricia Wolfe and husband Bob of Pine Grove .Grandchildren Nicole and husband Mike Stewart of Pine Grove ,Shannon Schneck of Pine Grove ,Joshua Yeagley and wife Jolene and son Daniel of Port Carbon,Jeremy McHenry of Pine Grove . Step grandchildren,Camilla and Anthony Wolfe.Great-grandchildren Michael ,James ,Seth Cassie Stewart. Three Sisters June wife of Vince Drogo of Reading, Helen wife of Terry Kelichner of  Mooresville, Catherine Wein of Reading .Nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
