Ruth A. Leeland, 97 of Kutztown, passed away on Dec. 3rd with her family by her side. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Albert T. and Edith (Ward) Flavell. She was a graduate of Germantown High School. Surviving are her children, Frank A. Leeland, Ft. Pierce, FL, Linda R. wife of Jerry A. Elie, Kutztown, PA, David F. husband of Dawn Leeland, Reading, PA; grandchildren, Ruth, Emery, Angela Schultz, wife of Rob Schultz, Kelly Harison, Trish Gilsinin, Nicole Miller wife of David, Andy, Elie, Jason Elie, Rebecca Elie and Katie Haagen, Christopher Leeland husband of Nicole, Adam Leeland, and Bethany Leeland and 20 Great Grandchildren. Celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, Dec. 9th in the residence of David and Dawn Leeland, 1711 Hampden Blvd., Reading.
