Cheryl A. (Bieber) Rhoads

Cheryl A. Rhoads, 75, of Blandon, passed away on March 3rd at St. Joseph Hospital, Bern Twp. surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of Russell A. Rhoads Jr. who she celebrated 50 years of marriage with on December 5, 2020.  Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lester K. and Verna S. (Boyer) Bieber.  Cheryl was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School.  She had retired from East Penn Manufacturing working in data entry. Cheryl was a member of Maidencreek Church where she was a choir member for many years. She was also the chairperson for the Prayer Shawl Ministry and never said no to anything church related. She enjoyed her "trips to the bins" with her good friend Becky Wright.  Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Ryan Rhoads, and his wife Janelle, Blandon, PA, Cody Rhoads, West Reading, PA; Step Children, Ray Rhoads, Wernersville, PA, Denise Henry, Willow Street, PA, Lori Rohrbach, Sinking Spring, PA; brother, Dean K. Bieber, and his wife Elaine, Fleetwood, PA; 3 Grandchildren, 5 Step Grandchildren and 6 Step Great Grandchildren. Per Cheryl's wishes, there will be no formal service at this time. The family plans to gather for a Celebration of Life once gathering restrictions are further eased. Contributions can be made in Cheryl's honor to Maidencreek Church Attn: Music Fund, 261 Main St., Blandon, PA 19510.
