Surviving are her children, Christopher J. Grundza, Birdsboro, PA, Patrick Grundza, NC, Brandy Grundza, Exeter Twp., PA, Kristen Kourt, Ephrata, PA; 2 Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be private.
