Edith E. (Geise) Stamm

Edith Ethel Stamm, 102 of Berks Heim, formerly of Muhlenberg Twp., PA, passed away on September 11, 2024 at Berks Heim, Leesport.  She was the wife of the late Lester W. Stamm, who passed away on Oct 7, 1987. Born in Shenandoah, PA., she was the daughter of the late Ervin and Rebecca (Jones) Geise.  She had retired from Bachman Pretzel Co. in 1981, and then from Adelphia Seafood in Aug. of 2005.  She was a member of Good Shepherd UCC of Tuckerton where she was a former choir member and Sunday School Teacher.  Edith had graduated Shillington High School class of 1940 and then later attended the McCann School of Business.  Surviving are two sons, Leslie H. Stamm, Shillington, PA, Larry D. Stamm, Muhlenberg Twp., PA; daughter, Linda wife of Dennis McCarthy, Georgia; 6 Grandchildren.
