Edwin T. Shaw

Edwin T. Shaw, 73 of Robeson Twp., PA, passed away on March 1st in the Reading Hospital.  Born in Sanford, Maine, he was the son of the late Thurlow E. and Norma Jean (LeBlanc) Shaw.  Edwin was a  US Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and would most likely be remembered as his days of bartending at the local American Legion where he lived in Maine before moving to Pennsylvania. Edwin was also served in the Army National Guard.   He was predeceased by a sister, Frances Wakefield.  Surviving are his children, Stacy D. Shaw, Birdsboro, PA, Eric Shaw, Bradford, VT;  sisters, Barbara A. Coffin, AZ, Jean Johnston, NH; brother, Richard Shaw, RI, Janet Welch, ME;  16 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.  A viewing will be held on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by funeral services at 11:00 AM in the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading.  Interment will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.  CRAMP HUMMEL Funeral Home, Centre Park, Reading has charge of arrangements.
