Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Juan Antonio Ortiz Torres and the late Madeinie Garcia. He is survived by a sister, Jadeline Ortiz Garcia, West Lawn, PA.; brother, Alex Antonio Ortiz Garcia, Reading, PA. Funeral Services will be private.
