Jason D. Laurusevage, 47 of Frackville, passed away on May 2, 2026 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville after a long courageous battle. He was the husband of Jennifer M. (Lackie) Laurusevage for 12 years. Born in Pottsville, PA., he is the son of Mark A. Laurusevage; Step Mother, Sheri Laurusevage, Hershey, PA, and JoAnne (Bubnis) Laurusevage, Frackville, PA; Nieces and Nephews Rebecca Kellagher and her fiancé Jacob Mull Morgan Snitzer, Zack Kellagher and his wife Brooklynn, Mason Snitzer and Anthony Lackie: great nephew Lucas Mull and great niece Everleigh Kellagher. Jason was a member of Altamont Fire Co., Frackville, and a member of the Frackville Elks BPOE1533. He had worked many years ago for Cougle's Recycling Inc., Hamburg as a driver and then for his father's former company MJM Transport. He loved to do work for friends and family using his cat backhoe
Surviving in addition to his Wife and Parents is one sister, Heather M. Kellagher, fiance of Jamie Bressi, Marion Heights, PA; one brother, Mark A. husband of Kristin Laurusevage, Walkersville, NC.
Viewings will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the Mark J Hummel Funeral Home, 48 N Broad Mountain Ave., Frackville. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday May 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM a the funeral home. Interment will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Frackville. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in his memory to Altamont Fire Co., 209 S Green St., Frackville, PA. 17931
