Jeffrey R. Constein, 55 of Richmond Twp., Fleetwood, PA., passed away on Jan. 14th in his residence. Born in Reading, PA., he was the son of the late John Constein and Diane (Harding) Constein. Jeff was pre deceased by one son, Jesse Constein. He is survived by one son, Jamie R. Constein, Hamburg, PA; three brothers, Brad Constein, Brook Constein and Jeremy Sweitzer; 3 Grandchildren.
