Juan Fontanez Acevedo

Juan Fontanez Acevedo, 91 of Reading, PA., passed away on April 28, 2026 at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab Center.  He was the husband of the late Paula Margarita Pinero Baez.  Born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Gernaro Fontanez and the late Concedpcion Acevedo. He is predeceased by on son, Genaro Fontanez; brothers, Alonso Fontanez, Rodrigo Fontanez, Jose Fontanez, Gernaro Fontanez; sisters, Ramona and Maria.  Surviving are his children, Iris Fontanez, Reading, PA, Felix J. Fontenez, Reading, PA, Betsy Fontanez, Puerto Rico, Angel O Fontanez, Reading, PA; brother, Bienvenido Fonrtanez, NJ; 20 Grandchildren; 58 Great Grandchildren; 13 Great Great Grandchildren.  No services will be listed.  Online photos and memories can be shared at cramp-hummelfuneralhome.com
