He was the husband of Maira Sanchez.Luis Born in the Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Luis Belliard Espinal and Maria de la Cruz Espinal Estrella. Surviving in addition to is wife are his children, Luisa Maria wife of Jose Suarez, Muhlenberg Twp., PA, Tania Belliard, Reading, PA., Jose Luis Belliard, Reading, PA., Vanessa Belliard, FL, Michael Aquino, Reading, PA; 6 Grandchildren; 2 Sister and 2 Brothers. A viewing and funeral services will be private at the request of the family. Interment in Laureldale Cemetery.
