Mary "Sissy" Rose Teijaro

Mary R. "Sissy" Teijaro, 64 of Frackville, PA., passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Schuylkill East, Pottsville, PA.  She was the wife of John J. Teijaro, Jr. for 44 years.  Born in Ashland, PA., she was the daughter of Rose M. (Sewinsky) Bloschichak, Frackville, and the late Stephen Bloschichak.  Sis was a homemaker and worked as a server at the Dutch Kitchen of Frackville for over 25 years, last working on Friday. Sissy was a dedicated mother, grandmother (Mimi), sister and daughter. She was a member of Holy Ascension Orthodox Church, Frackville.  Surviving in addition to her husband and mother is one son, Dr. John R. husband of Alease Teijaro, San Diego, CA; one daughter, Tanya E. Teijaro, San Diego, CA; sister, Lisa wife of Larry Bennett, Frackville, PA; brothers, Dr. Andrew husband of Karen Bloschickak, Mechanicsburg, PA, Stephen husband of Gloria Bloschichak, Frackville, PA; 4 Grandchildren, John P. Teijaro, Kalista R. Teijaro, Gianna Sadusky and Carlee Edwards along with several nieces and nephews.  Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Mark J Hummel Funeral Home, 48 N Broad Mountain Ave., Frackville.  Viewings will be held on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
