Michael G. Kimpland

Mike G. Kimpland, 81 of Maidencreek Twp., PA., passed away on April 11, 2026 at his residence.  He was the husband of Lillian M. (Showers) Kimpland since 1986.  Born in Oswego, NY., he was the son of the late George and Marie (Gardner) Kimpland.

Mike worked in manufacturing electronics both on the line and in supervision. He loved golf,  and had 3 hole in one's and an albatross to prove it. Mike loved visiting with his family and friends, and shared many backyard cookouts and outings. He is predeceased by one step son, Joseph Gunther; one daughter, Deborah Slaver.  Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Michael Kimpland, Syracuse, NY, Theresa Kleffel, Kutztown, PA, Steve Kimpland, Hannibal, NY; Stepchildren, Daniel J. Gunther, Muhlenberg Twp., PA, Kastine Santiago, Reading, PA;  Sisters, Deanne Mulchay, Oswego, NY, Cheri Hunter, Oswego, NY, Roger Kimpland, Mt. Penn, PA.; 14 Grandchildren 7 Step Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; 4 Step Great Grandchildren.  No services will be listed upon his wishes.  Online photos and memories can be shared at cramp-hummelfuneralhome.com
