Richard W. Zong, Jr., 52 of Reading, passed away on Aug. 22nd in his residence. Born in Reading, PA., he was the son of Patricia (Moyer) Zong, Cumru Twp., PA, and the late Richard W. Zong, Sr. Richard had worked for Yuasa Battery Co. of Reading as a supervisor in the logistics department. Richard enjoyed Fishing and NASCAR. Surviving in addition to his mother is one son, Brett R. Zong, West Lawn, PA. Memorial Services will be held on Friday at 6:00 PM in the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading. Relatives and friends will be received from 5:00 to 6:00 PM in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
